Both of our
broadband MAX options are suited to businesses requiring regular
Internet use at the fastest speed available.* We will provision
the connection on the fastest speed available on the line.
Our Max broadband products have a downstream range of 228kbit/s - 8Mbit/s; and an upstream range of 64kbit/s - 448kbit/s. Our Max Premium broadband products have have a downstream range of 228kbit/s - 8Mbit/s; and an upstream range of 64kbit/s - 832kbit/s.
Customers who use more than their predefined transfer amount will be charged the difference between the amount paid for and the amount used on their next invoice. They will also be charged a £6 + service charge. Minimum contract period is one month. Services are payable in advance. A deposit equal to one months billing will be charged on the first invoice and will be returned when the service is stopped. * The speed of the connection provided is dependent on the quality of the copper between the BT exchange and the premises. ** The transfer amount shown indicates the amount that can be transferred during peak periods. Peak is defined as Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm. *** The transfer amount shown indicates the amount that can be transferred during off-peak periods. Off-peak is defined as Monday to Thursday 10pm to 8am, Friday 10pm to Monday 8am. All prices exclude VAT. |
