All our web-hosting accounts come with webmail. Therefore, you can access your emails wherever there is an Internet connection. Here, we will explain how to access and use your account.

 

Accessing your account

Before we start, you will need the following information which is setup when each new POP3 email account is created. If you can't find this information, please get in touch and one of our support advisors will be happy to help.

  • Your full email address

  • Your email password

Once you have these details, you then need to navigate to outitgoes.com where you will see the login screen.

 

Now just enter your email address and password then press Login Now! and that's it.

Using your account

Once in your account, you will find all the usual features: emails, a calendar and an address book.

 

To view an email, you simply click on the subject text and to delete an email, you tag it then select Erase Selected and click Move.

 

Your folder list is on the left of the screen. Here you can view your Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, Drafts and Spam Inbox.

 

The menu at the top of the screen enables you to navigate to your calendar and address book; to compose new emails; to search for email; and to modify your settings.
