How to get support

You can get support by raising a ticket which is done in one of three ways:
  • By emailing
  • By completing the support request form on the right
  • By calling 020 8099 7301
This will create a ticket on our support ticketing system which we use to manage and record your current and past support requests.

Once the ticket has been created, if it was requested by either a
Primary Contact or a Registered Contact
A Primary Contact is a nominated person authorised to accrue charges on behalf of the client.

A Registered Contact is a nominated person who we have been authorised to give remote support to without firstly having to seek approval from a Primary Contact.
, we will start working on the request as soon as possible. If not, then we will seek approval of the work from a Primary Contact and start working on the request as soon as possible once the approval has been given.
