Support contracts
For ongoing IT support, we offer
affordable all inclusive support contracts. The fixed monthly
fee helps clients to accurately budget for their IT support
needs and covers all our IT support and advice. Also included in
the contract is free preventative
maintenance and continuous monitoring of key systems
to minimise the risks of problems occurring at all.

Ad-hoc support
For new clients and as an
alternative, we also offer variable services whereby clients pay
for support on an incident-by-incident basis. These clients do
not receive preventative maintenance and continuous monitoring
of key systems but email support is
always provided without charge and remote support via telephone
or remote connections is only billed for once 15 minutes of
support time has elapsed. Consequently, all our
clients enjoy unique and affordable access to professional IT
support.
