Call charges VoIP-to-VoIP: Free (but note that some networks, such as Sykpe and Tesco’s VoIP service, are closed and you cannot call them). VoIP-to-PSTN: Calls other than 0800 numbers are charged per second, with a 1.5p minimum charge:
Calls that you forward or divert are charged according to where the redirect goes. Unless you opt for a softphone, you will also need to buy a VoIP-enabled handset, or a VoIP adaptor. You also need a reasonably high-speed Internet connection. In both cases, we can supply you with competitively priced solutions. * Peak time is Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm ** International charges are for calls made to 35 of the main western countries.
