About Us

We have been providing IT support services and technology solutions to businesses across London, Suffolk and the South-East of England since 2003. We specialise in supporting micro businesses (1-9 employees) who often don’t employ a full-time IT technician yet still need expert advice in a rapidly-changing environment. We help troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day problems by telephone and remote technical support as well as offering strategic guidance to utilise the latest technologies.

Reactive support simply means you contact us with a problem and we respond to you. We are able to identify and resolve 95% of problems remotely. If an issue cannot be resolved remotely or if you prefer to see someone, we are able to schedule an onsite visit by one of our friendly IT consultants.

Office 365 Business is a subscription service to the latest version of the most commonly used Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher and OneNote). The subscription allows you to install these applications on 5 machines, 5 tablets and 5 phones and so is a cost-efficient way of having Office on multiple devices.

Our web hosting aims for simplicity. We aim to offer everything you need in one package. This includes space for your website, unlimited mailboxes and one-click installations of common software packages such as Word Press and Joomla.

Hosted Telephony (VoIP)

Our VoIP service uses SIP trunks (virtual phone numbers which run over the Internet but connect to normal PSTN phone lines) to provide a phone system with many advanced features such as Do Not Disturb, Call Forwarding, Voicemail-to-Email and multiple lines. We can even port your current number to our system or you can start with a new one.

Hosted VoIP: £3.50 per month per extension

SIP Trunk: £5 per month


Subscribed IT Support
£ 21 / Per Half Hour

£20 per month Subscription Fee gives you access to reduced hourly rate and reduced call-out cost. Support is billed either by time spent (£21 per half-hour) or by device (£10 per device per month)
